New Developments Take Centre Stage in Pune

The configuration for these apartments will be 2-bedroom (1121 - 1378 sq ft), 3-bedroom (1723 - 2462 sq ft, 4-bedroom (2500 sq ft0 respectively. The property prices for all these apartments are Rs 3200 per sq ft
Rani Associates have announced a project called Vanshaj at Kothrud. The cost for 2-bedroom apartments of 1400 sq ft cost is Rs 3800 per sq ft. The capital value is the same for 3-bedroom flats.
Another Pune-based property builder, Rohan apartments is building Rohanmithala at Viman Nagar. This integrated township will have all modern facilities. Apartments here are priced at Rs 4300 per sq ft. The flat of 2-bedroom will be of 1200 sq ft and 3-bedroom will have an area of 1450- 1650 sq ft. The villas sprawl in an area of 2000 sq ft.
More and More projects are being launched in Pune. Three major flyovers have become operational across the city. These initiatives are expected will give impetus to the real estate segment in Pune.
