Big Brother 9: Week 10 Eviction Recap
On the 10th week of the CBS hit reality show Big Brother 9, 28-year-old bikini barista Natalie Cunial was evicted. Head of Household Sheila Kennedy successfully backdoored the woman from Salem, Oregon.
Sheila, a 45-year-old single mother from Reseda, Califoria, had a deal with Natalie and Ryan Quicksall during the previous episode and promised the two that she wouldnt nominate either of them if they let her win HoH. Her plan all along was to make Natalie leave the house, the person whom she saw as her biggest threat.
Ryan and Adam, being the only two persons who can cast eviction votes, called for a house meeting. They wanted to give Natalie a chance to explain her side but she didnt show up. Natalie stayed at the bathroom and went on to dye her hair. Ryan and Adam then moved the meeting to the bathroom area where they can confront Natalie.
Natalie said her loyalty was with the boys. Sheila asked Natalie if she would nominate her for eviction next week. To this, Natalie answered: If I win HoH, I would put you up on the block.
After the meeting, Natalie approached the two men. Adam and Ryan told her she was playing way too hard after the elimination of her former partner Matt McDonald. Natalie burst into tears and blamed Sharon for making Adam and Ryan believe that she was not loyal.
Before the votes were cast, Natalie said Id like to say thank you Big Brother for this experience of a lifetime that I'll never forgetTo my boys, I am sorry I've made some mistakes. But I love you and you know my loyalty stands with you. So please, please keep me in the house so I can continue to play with you.
Ryan voted Natalie while Adam voted Sharon. The tie meant HoH Sheila would have to decide who goes out of the house. "Well Natalie, you just told all of American and everyone in this house where your loyalty lies -- meaning I stay this week and you would evict me. You did say that in the back room, that I would be on the blockI cannot risk this in my game right now. So I'm sorry Natalie, I'm evicting you," said Sheila.
Natalie admitted she was very upset with the boys who promised her that they would vote to keep her.
