How to stay healthy - easy way

Orange juice , bananas,tomatoes are good source of potassium ,which decreases the risk of hypertension .

For mouth ulcers, chew catechu(kaththa) with guava leaves.

Two garlic flakes taken every morning on empty stomach prevents gas trouble

In summer
consume cucumber, water melon & oranges as they have more water content .

One hour of exercise every day restricts weight gain - 30 mins
warm-up , 30 mins aerobic

I got it from my friend and apparently it works.
I will try to apply this to my way of life.
