What the School Marks Mean
There are many interesting studying concerning the studying process and studying methods. One of the most interesting studies of the last years is the study about subjects the students are interested in and they are good in. It is not a secret that parents of school pupils and students feel happy when their children get good and high marks. In this case the atmosphere at home is nice and the relations are very close and confidence. But when the students and pupils receive bad marks, the parents often throw up their children in bad discipline, character and laziness. In this case the parents usually compare our marks and achievements with achievements and results of our class or group mates who study better. We try to be smarter and ambitious, responsible and disciplines but it is not the best decision sometime.
In fact there are many different reasons why the students and pupils are not good at school and university and sometimes get bad marks. The most common problems are: lack of attention, laziness, playing truant, missing classes, insubordination, weak parental control and thoughtlessness. Besides, very often the students do not listen to the teachers and do not read essential books and do not make the homework. They prefer communicate with friends, play different games and go in for sport. These are the main reasons why some students have good results and the others have bad one. Besides, different students have different abilities and talents. For example, some students speak well and the others have good memory or fantasy. So the result in school also depends on the inborn abilities and capacities. Some students do not have to prepare for classes at all. And others have to spend several hours studying before the classes.
But all students have the same feature: when they receive good mark, they try to achieve better results and to study better. Good marks are motivation for the students and they develop good attitude to the studying process. If the teachers will understand it and will not use the schools and university marks as weapon, the students will study better and they knowledge will be stronger.
