Freedom From Time and Energy Consumers
Emotions moods resentment stuff. A powerful attribute you must learn to master is the power to Release It. If you don't you may be weighed down with overwhelming feelings of inadequacy.
All nouns in your life (that would be persons, places, and things) take energy (your verbs that indicate action). Energy is nourished by resources. Resources come in the form of time, capital, wisdom, mental capacity etc.
It is important to dedicate your time and energy to that which creates the greatest value. Don't allow superfluous actions to drain energy that could be spent on more important things. Simply put, "You get too busy to do the things you should or want do."
One morning, my 3 year-old daughter jumped up onto my lap and sweetly asked, "Daddy, you going to the office?"
"Yes."
"You be back soon," she declared.
"No. Not this time sweetheart. I'm going for a long trip. I'll be back in a few of weeks," I told her.
Then, looking down with the saddest look you ever did see, she whispered, "o.k."
Take the time to evaluate your personal life and business. What things are consuming your energy? Can you LET IT GO? The same principle applies to material things. Could your life be "weighed down?" Look through your closet and remove everything you haven't used within the last year. Got junk in your garage? Dispose of it! Do away with anything in your life that is useless.
Don't let stress get to you. LETTING GO will free up space in your life for what is truly essential.
