Is An MLM Team Important?
You meet up with the person that tries to sponsor you into his MLM company and after you go through the presentation of the plan you get excited and you start dreaming, seeing in front of you unraveling a incredible financial future. Of course pretty soon you manage to gather your thoughts and you come back with endless question. You are giving a hard time to your potential sponsor but he's well trained and answers them all. So time passes you haven't reached a conclusion whether to join or not and you set to meet again. The next meeting is called a follow up.
All the rest of the week you are still in doubt and don't know what to do. To join or not to join? That is the question. Well, next meeting is due to.. well, what do you know, it's already that day. How fast time passes. Now you are in front of him and surprisingly you agree to join. You think you have exhausted all the possible questions about the opportunity and you think you are pretty covered.
But wait a minute. Have you asked about the Team?
What Team? You may ask. The soccer Team?
Of course not, silly. Not the soccer one. You see in Network Marketing people may be in business for themselves but not by themselves. There are a lot of people in your sponsor's organization and all of them have an incentive to help you succeed as they will gain financially from your efforts.
Your sponsor is not alone. He has his own sponsor and that one his sponsor too, all the way up the organization's ladder. These people are his team and so would become your own team when you join. According to Robert Kiyosaki business is a team sport and since MLM is a business it is a team sport also. Those working within teams are more successful than those going solo.
Before you join a company is very important to ask your would be sponsor about his team. Get in contact with them and try to know them better. Do you like them? Can they also support you and give you additional training besides your sponsor? Do they arrange any team meeting to help and support each other? Can you count on them? These are critical questions and among others need to be answered before you commit yourself.
The team is very important factor in your future success and besides extra help and support it can also shield you from unexpected events. So the team factor shouldn't be taken lightly and it worths the time spend to learn more about your future MLM team.
