If You are Irresistibly Attractive to yourself Others Will be Irresistibly Attracted to You

(The following is an excerpt from the book, How to Win Back Their Attraction!, which can be found at http://winbacktheirattraction.com)

What if you could fall in love with yourself? How would you treat you? Would you buy yourself gifts? Would you cook yourself a nice meal? Would you take yourself out to dinner and a movie? Yes!

And what do you do that makes you feel proud about yourself? When was the last time you made you proud? Can you find some things to do just for you; things that will make you feel proud of you? Can you fix the things that you are not proud of, and focus on doing the things that you are proud of? Can you learn to do what makes you feel good about you?

It's funny, but true, that we spend a great deal of time doing things that we hope will make others feel happy, but actually very little time doing things that make us feel happy. We do good things for others as a way to compensate; cover up; mask; or hide from our own feelings of a lack of self-worth or self-esteem. Without self-worth nothing you do will ever be good enough to make you feel whole and complete by and within yourself.

Becoming irresistibly attracted to you begins with gaining a higher self-esteem (and that starts with dumping the negativity and rewriting your gloomy life story). It helps to remember that nobody is better than you, but yet we almost ALL feel that somebody - almost everybody - is better than us. It's funny if you think about it, but the odds are in your favor that for whomever you think is better than you is a person who probably is thinking that you are better than them!

Unfortunately, if you don't feel a high level of attraction to yourself, and if you don't possess a strong sense of self-worth, then other people will find it hard to be attracted to you, as well. One way to boost your feelings of self-worth and attractiveness is to do something that will make you feel really good about yourself. This can be accomplished in a number of different ways, from making a commitment to lose ten pounds and actually doing it to remodeling your home, helping out at the senior center, or finishing a marathon for a worthy cause.

It is important that you remember self-worth comes with putting yourself first and by the ability to stop defining yourself through your role in life or through your role as a partner, employee, or friend. In order to be attractive you have to have a true and real developed sense of self. You have to have a definitive sense of you.

And you have to learn to be selfish.

By being selfish you get rid of your neediness of others to do and make and define you! You do it yourself. You define yourself. You identify and take care of your own needs. You are irresistibly ATTRACTIVE to YOU!
