God is kind to us. He has been creating so many veggies and fruits for us since the humans prehistory ages. These veggies and fruits would be very useful but we often refused to eat those things. I know several kinds of fruits and veggies that can burn fat or at least help our metabolism rate.

So what are those foods?
1. Tomatoes -> Do you like tomatoes? Its rare to see people eat tomatoes just because they want to. Usually we find tomatoes in cafes or restaurants for variation. They serve steaks or other kinds of high-class foods with tomatoes as the eye-catcher, not for other purposes. But you must learn that tomatoes actually are a very good food to fight your fats. Its not only good to fight the fat, but can also lower your blood pressure

2. Apples -> Have you ever seen a picture about a woman/man who eat an apple? Usually, this picture can be founded easily in weight loss site. Why? Because apple is healthy, of course. 4. Garlic -> Garlic is very tasty if its combined with other foods. But we are not talking about the taste of the food here, we are talking about how it could affect your health and obesity problem. Garlic is one of few things that can burn your fat and help you fight cholesterol diseases.

Beside these four foods, there are many other healthy things like carrots and oranges. Just try to do some research and go replace your unhealthy foods with these things. Youll be fine. Weight Loss is not easy, you need dedication.
