I bought the product over the phone. Once your into their sales pitch you can't get out and they keep trying to sell you more and more. In aggrevation I just hung up. They sent me (5) sets and billed my Credit card for $102.00. They were very rude to talk to. Cost me $11.50 to send the JUNK back. It's taking forever to get credit back on my CC. Been over a month from my first contact with them. This product will give anyone who sells it a bad name.
Poor Caulk December 29, 2008 M. Massey (East Texas)
Plastic parts are ok but the tube of caulk did not flow well - either old or China made junk. Amzon needs to list country of origin.
Xpress Seal Pro December 27, 2008 James A. Wallace II (Bellevue, Wa) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The Seal Pro is easy to use and gives a good looking result. Just apply the caulk, and use one of the three Pro caulk applicators to make a really smooth, good looking caulk line. You are done in minutes. Also the tool used to remove old caulk works well also. I would recommend disposable gloves and a rag for easy clean up.
pricey but works December 25, 2008 R. Singer (Northwest) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
The item is way over priced for what you get. The silicon is a joke mine was hard as a rock. But I must say it does get the job done. I've tried other grout smoothing tools and for its simplicity this does work. They should drop the silicon and include a small plastic box to store the pieces in when not using.
If you are a novice do not waste your money - hire a handyman! December 24, 2008 Stuck in Palm Beach County (Palm Beach Gardens, FL USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
The caulk was terrible - do not use it. The tools just OK! If you are handy it is still tough removing all the old grout and then replacing it. If you are a novice - don't waste your money, hire a handyman and let them do it.
