I would rate this product less than one star if I could figure out how to do it. When this watch arrived, I was amazed at how crappy it was. It was to be a gift, but I would have been embarassed to even give it to a dog. I immediately prepared to return it to the "Watch Zone" from where it had been directly shipped. First, I had to call for an authorization number and then read the fine print about returning a product to them. There was a $10.95 unavoidable restocking fee!!!! Boy, was I ever disgruntled. The return information continued, unpleasantly, to basically explain, ' Don't even try to return this watch if you have even worn it for a day as...we can tell by tiny little marks etc. on the item if it has been worn and watches are not returnable if worn at all!!' Nice.
Suffice it to say, I returned the item and will be cautious to NEVER order a product from the Watch Zone again. Be careful out there!
