It has everything you need to do great portraits, even a snoot. The combination of the softbox as a keylight and the gold umbrella for fill gives a great warm light. An instruction manual would be nice. Full variable power on the monolights give great control. Syncs perfectly with either the radio control or by triggering the slave with my cameras built in flash. Also comes with a hot shoe to pc adapter and plenty of cable if you want a wired connection. The hardware probably would not hold up to the needs of a pro but for the money it's a great kit for amateur and part time portrait photographers.

Everything works great on this kit. The only bad thing abour it was that it came without an instruction manual, and since it's my first lightning kit i had no idea on how to install it and had to figure it out on my own and researching on the internet, but it has worked great since i got it

I ordered this kit to set up my first photography studio. I set it up today (finally) and took some photos of my volunteer models (my sisters). The lights are great, the slave works wonderfully (after I figured out how to make it work, hee) and the photos came out very well lit and just gorgeous. I am very happy with the kit. I'm sure when I can afford something nicer I will upgrade, but for the time being this kit fulfills all of my needs and it's great. I also love that it's super easy to put together and take apart, and the storage case it comes with is compact and easy to carry. I love the kit and hope it lasts for a long time!
